Now we have an evasi0n7 jailbreak application for ios7-7.0.4 (and 7.1b1; 7.1b2).
But you will ask me "Hey! Where is working appsynk for it ?"
After you get a Jb on your device you need to download iFile from repo BigBoss.
Many ppl recommend to update your cydia client to ios7 look like (i dont give a...), but you can... (cydia ios7 file1 file2)
Finally - you need an appsync for ios7.
Now you can use the ppsync for it. Just install ppsync deb file by iFile and you can use any file manager like iTools or iFunbox to install ipa applications on your ios7.
For free in-app you can use local appstore and iAppFree as before.
Use http://system.in-appstore.com/repo/
for install Local Appstore and http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com for iAppFree (download application + plugin pack).
If you have some problem - just reinstall mobile substrate.
If you have iDevice with new 64 core - stay tune and look for updates on cydia, cuz 64 core devices does not support mobile substrate fully.
